The system has helped as you don’t need to be within the home to be able to access the work you need to do. This can be accessed from anywhere if there is internet access.
Everything is at hand on the system and easy to access which has helped to reduce time instead of accessing different files.
Staff have found the system straight forward to use and each section more or less tells you what you need to input.
The training were an over view of the system, staff basically learnt themselves by accessing the system and finding their way around it.
Mentor support has been very sufficient with any issues that have arose.
Incident reports/physical interventions PDF not downloading with correct information that had been inputted on the system. They have also helped to rectify medication errors and setting staff up on to the system.
Implementing the system was easy. Mentor did everything remotely.
