Mentor AI is here – Meet Mai (pronounced May) which is short for Mentor AI.
We have been working hard to bring AI functionality into the Mentor system. The power of AI is truly amazing and it is a feature that is becoming very popular amongst applications. There are so many uses for AI and it is important that we select and use appropriate functionality to assist you in the work you do. Ultimately AI is able to make things easier, quicker and possibly more accurate.
We are starting the AI journey with text adjustment. Simply click the Mentor AI icon and select what you want to do with the text. This can be simply to check and correct spelling and grammar, to re-write the text in sentences, to sound more professional or to sound more chid friendly amongst other options. AI will be available in selected areas of Mentor in version 2.2 and it will develop and evolve over time, with the aim of using AI to analyse data and produce summary reports for you.
