Positive and Challenging Behaviours

RECORDING BEHAVIOUR

Sometimes there is a need to record a behaviour trait that can be positive or challenging. It may be that an incident record or a safeguarding record is not appropriate but a record of the behaviour is still necessary. Behaviours in Mentor allow you to do this. Mark it as positive or challenging and it if is a cause for concern mark it so with an exclamation mark.
In future version this section will be developed and included in the reporting parts.
